Welcome to Property Wealth League ("PWL"), a membership-based mastermind community designed to provide education, coaching, mentoring, and investment opportunities to real estate investors.

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Membership & Subscription Terms

1.1 Membership Levels & Pricing

We offer three membership levels:

🔹 Founder Level ($79/month or $750/year) 🔹 Builder Level ($249/month or $2,350/year) 🔹 Principal Level ($699/month or $7,350/year)

Each membership includes different levels of access to courses, coaching, and community resources. A full breakdown is available on our website.

1.2 Payment & Billing

  • All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store payment information.

  • Memberships are billed monthly or yearly and automatically renew unless canceled.

1.3 Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Members may cancel at any time with no further obligation.

  • No refunds are provided for monthly subscriptions.

  • Yearly subscriptions canceled before expiration will receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.

1.4 Membership Termination

PWL reserves the right to terminate any membership at our discretion for: ✔️ Non-payment ✔️ Violating these Terms & Conditions ✔️ Disruptive behavior within the community

Terminated members may only re-enroll with written approval from PWL management.

2. User Responsibilities & Community Guidelines

To maintain a positive, growth-focused environment, all members must adhere to the following:

✅ Respect: Treat all members with professionalism and courtesy. No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. ✅ Confidentiality: Discussions within PWL must remain private. Do not share member information or content outside the community. ✅ Self-Promotion: While members may discuss their businesses, direct promotions or recruitment efforts are not permitted. ✅ Growth First: Contribute value and focus on learning, collaboration, and shared success. ✅ Keep it Constructive: Discussions should be solution-oriented and focused on helping each other grow.

PWL reserves the right to warn or remove members who violate these rules.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Use

  • All educational materials, coaching content, and videos are the exclusive property of PWL and REI Takeoff LLC.

  • Members may not share, download, or redistribute content without written permission.

  • Any content posted by members (e.g., discussions, comments) becomes part of the PWL platform, and members grant PWL a non-revocable license to use, share, or repurpose that content.

4. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations

4.1 No Guarantees or Financial Advice

  • PWL provides educational resources and investment strategies, but we do not guarantee financial success or investment returns.

  • All decisions made by members are their own responsibility. PWL is not liable for any business, investment, or financial outcomes.

4.2 Limited Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PWL’s liability is limited to the total amount of subscription fees paid by the member.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate a member’s account at any time, with or without prior notice, for: ❌ Failure to pay subscription fees ❌ Violating these Terms & Conditions ❌ Engaging in unethical or disruptive behavior

Terminated accounts will:

  • Lose access to the platform and all materials.

  • Retain any previously posted content on the community platform.

Not be eligible for refunds for past payments.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, rather than in court.

7. Non-Compete & Non-Solicitation Agreement

  • Active members may not recruit PWL members to join competing communities, coaching programs, or investment groups.

  • Former members (after canceling or termination) may not solicit PWL members for competing services for one year.

Violating this policy may result in legal action.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • PWL reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Members will be notified via platform announcements of any material changes.

9. Third-Party Tools & Compliance

  • PWL operates on third-party platforms such as Skool, Stripe, and PayPal.

  • Members agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions of any third-party services they use through PWL.

10. Affiliate Program & Promotions

  • Affiliate marketing is permitted on a case-by-case basis and requires prior approval.

  • Specific terms will be outlined in individual affiliate agreements.
